Do you agree?\r\nThis is how I make Turkish coffee:\r\n\r\nFor 4 servings: \r\n1 1/2 cups cold water \r\n4 teaspoons dark roast coffee (ground very fine) \r\n4 teaspoons sugar \r\n \r\n- Heat water in saucepan, add coffee and sugar when warm\r\n- Bring to boil\r\n- Pour half of the coffee into demitasse cups.\r\n- Return remaining coffee to stove, and allow to return to boil.\r\n- Spoon off foam, and gently place into each cup (don't stir)

One of the most easy methods of coffee making is instant coffee, it is also called soluble. It has a lot of advantages as compared to freshley brewed coffee: \r\n\r\n- it stays fresher longer;\r\n- it is hard to damage the flavour;\r\n- it is fast, cheap and clean.
