Can anyone give me a recipe for making trim milk latte's at home? I have a cappucino maker and the usual coffee plunger. Do I need to get a special machine or can I make a latte without?\r\n\r\nThanks - I appreciate any help.

I am not sure what you mena, but these are the tips I use to make my own latte at home:\r\n\r\nFirstly, you need to learn doing two things at the same time: pour the milk in your cup at a consistent and even rate and shake the pitcher side to side with the even tempo. For better results a wide mouth cup is necessary, because will be able to see the design develop. To get a feel for pouring and shaking at the same time, practice with water first. \r\n\r\nDo you need any other help?

This is how I usually make it:\r\n\r\nMake an Espresso in a tall glass. Foam the milk but instead of doubling the milk volume, stop after making 1/2 as much foam. Pour the milk into the glass, the foam will stay in the jug, topping the drink at the end.
