This is my favorite and I believe this is a true gourmet recipe \r\n\r\nCafe Borgia (hot) 4 servings \r\n \r\n2 cups strong Italian coffee \r\n2 cups hot chocolate \r\nwhipped cream \r\ngrated orange peel (garnish) \r\n \r\nMix coffee and hot chocolate\r\nPour into mugs\r\nTop with whipped cream and orange peel

Chocolate Truffle Cakes\r\n\r\nServes 4\r\n\r\nIngredients:\r\n\r\n4 ounces small pieces milk chocolate\r\n4 ounces butter\r\n2 each eggs\r\n1/4 cup sugar\r\n2 teaspoons flour\r\n\r\nPreparation:\r\n\r\nMelt the chocolate and the butter together in the microwave, stirring in short intervals. Blend the eggs and sugar together thoroughly and add the flour. Pour into 4 oz. molds that have been sprayed with Pam and dusted with flour. Bake for 10-15 minutes in an oven that has been preheated to 450 degrees. Cool slightly and decant to paper to cool.
