Default Canadian Coffee

ALL CANADIAN COFFE\r\n Yield: 4 servings\r\n \r\n1/4 c Maple syrup; pure\r\n1/2 c Rye whiskey\r\n 3 c Coffee; hot, black,\r\n -double strength\r\n \r\n ----------------------------------TOPPING----------------------------------\r\n 3/4 c Whipping cream\r\n 4 ts Maple syrup; pure\r\n \r\n Topping: Whip cream with maple syrup just up until soft mounds; set aside.\r\n Divide maple syrup and whiskey among 4 warmed heat proof glass mugs or\r\n goblets. Pour in coffee to 1 inch of top; spoon topping over coffee.\r\n\r\n MAKES: 4 Servings\r\n\r\nhttp://bobsjava.coffeefair.com

Why is is called Canadian?\r\nDo only Cnadians drink it?
