Default Mexican Succotash


Ingredients
1/2 pound ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon chili powder -- (1/2 to 1)
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1 dash red or black pepper
1 can corn -- (7 oz) drained
1 can tomato sauce -- (8 oz)
1 cup corn chips -- slightly crushed
2 ounces shredded cheddar
Method of Cooking
In 1qt micro safe casserole crumble beef; add onion. Micro 3min on
high or until no longer pink; drain. Stir in chili powder, garlic,
pepper, corn & tomato sauce. Micro 5min on high; stir. Sprinkle w/
chips; top w/ cheese.
Microwave 2 min on high or til cheese melts. 2 servings.
