This ice cream recipe is very easy to prepare and is good for kids.
You will need the following:

• 3/4 pint (375ml) milk or
• cream or a mixture of both (according to taste),
• 4oz (100g) sugar,
• 3 ripe bananas

PROCEDURE:

• In a large mixing bowl put the bananas.
• Add sugar milk/cream and sugar mix well until blended
• Transfer the mixture in the ice cream maker and freeze base on the manufacturer’s instructions
