Thuis is a delicious holday coffee drink:\r\n\r\nIngredients: \r\n4oz boiling water\r\n2oz espresso\r\n2oz sugar\r\na pinch of ground cinnamon\r\na pinch of ground nutmeg\r\n\r\nPreparation:\r\nMix the sugar into the boiling water until dissolved. \r\nAdd cinnamon and nutmeg, and stir. \r\nPour espresso slowly over the spiced water, layering the espresso (best done with a layering spoon). \r\nTop with whipped cream.
