Does anyone have a good recipe of frappuccino?\r\nDo I need a blender to make frappuccino?

2 tablespoons instant espresso powder\r\n1/2 cup hot tap water\r\n2 cups ice cubes\r\n1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk\r\n\r\nDissolve espresso powder in hot water. Let mixture cool to room temperature. In a blender, combine espresso mixture, sweetened condensed milk and ice. Blend on high for one minute, until no visible chunks of ice are left.
