2 teaspoons instant coffee\r\n2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa mix\r\n2 tablespoons hot water\r\n2 cups ice\r\n1/3 cup evaporated skim milk\r\n1 teaspoon sugar\r\n\r\nCombine instant coffee, cocoa and hot water and mix until dissolved. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until blended.\r\n\r\nMakes 2 servings\r\nServing size: 12 ounces
