Indian spiced coffee
I like coffee and tea with spices. This is a veryy good recipe of spiced coffee:\r\n\r\n1? cups water\r\n4 pods cardamom, slit\r\n1 stick cinnamon, broken in half\r\npinch nutmeg\r\n1 clove\r\n2 cups strong, freshly brewed Mysore coffee\r\n1 cup milk\r\n2 tablespoons sugar or honey\r\n\r\nBoil water in a medium-size pot. Stir in the spices, cover, and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.Stir in the pre-brewed coffee.\r\n\r\nMeanwhile, in a saucepan, heat milk until almost boiling.Strain the coffee through a fine mesh strainer covered with cheesecloth into the milk.\r\nAdd sweetener, stir, and serve in mugs.
