Default Turkish Coffee

Have you ever tried Turkish coffee? It's the most simple method of coffee brewing. Turkish coffee is made in the narrow-necked pot called briki. The heavier is the briki, the better will be your coffee. \r\n\r\nInstructions:\r\n\r\n1. Fill a 250 ml. briki to within 2 1/2 cm. of the brim with cold water.\r\n2. Before the water starts boiling, add 4 or more heaping teaspoons of coffee.\r\n3. If you like moderately sweet coffee add 2 tsp. of sugar. \r\n4. Stir the mixture and put on a high flame.\r\n5. As the mixture approaches a first boil, remove it from the flame for a few moments to let the foam settle.\r\n6. Thus allow the mixture to come to a boil for a second and a third time. \r\n7. Pour a small initial amount of coffee into each cup and only then pour the rest. This allows the foamy top to be shared by all coffee drinkers.
