Do you have coffee sorbet recipe in your collection? Actually I've never tried coffee sorbet, but I think it will be something delicious.

Actually a sorbet is much like a granita or Gelato.\r\n\r\nI don't have one for coffee.\r\nBob

I think it does not exist... I saw a lot of coffee ice cream recipes, even coffee granita and coffee gelato, but never have I seen coffee sorbets. \r\n\r\nYou can create one and you will be the first to try it

all the sorbets I see are usually made with fruit but I think you could find \r\na recipe you like and add as much coffee to it as you wanted. Coffee is a \r\ngreat flavor enhancer so you should be able to make a nice recipe.\r\n\r\nBob\r\nhttp://www.blackjava.ca/

Default Guess what I found

Cappuccino ice(sorbet) recipe\r\n\r\n3 cups prepared strong coffee, made at least partially with dark roast "espresso" coffee\r\n1 cup half-and-half\r\n1 cup granulated sugar\r\n1. Combine ingredients in a saucepan and set over medium heat. Stir constantly until the mixture is about to boil\r\nand all the sugar is dissolved. \r\n2. Cool to room temperature, pour into a shallow pan (an 8-inch square cake tin is\r\nideal), and freeze. \r\n3. The mixture will take from 3 to 6 hours to freeze and, because of its relatively low sugar\r\ncontent, will be very solid. To serve, set in refrigerator for 30 minutes to temper the texture slightly.
