Default Curry

I was at this restuarant a few weeks ago and they asked me if I wanted Green, Yellow or Red Curry. I just went with Yellow because that is all I have ever had however I would be interested in knowing if anyone knows what the difference is. I don't find yellow curry to be too hot, in fact I think it gives off a nice heat..

Curry is a dish, originally from India, consisting of meat or vegetables cooked in a special sauce... This sauce is usually very spicy

Some UK curry houses also make a hotter version called "tindaloo" and I guess this is the Red Curry..

All these curries are great when eaten along with a lot of Flour dishes such as naan and rotis... the red curry is too good when taken along with rice items as side dish....
