![]() Ingredients 1/3 cup of Minute Tapioca 1 cup of firmly packed brown sugar 4 cups of sliced tart apples 2 cups of water 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 2 tablespoons of butter 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon of salt Method of Cooking Mix all if the ingredients together and let stand for 10-15 minutes to allow the tapioca to dissolve. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring often. Reduce the heat to low and simmer until the apples are tender. Serve warm with a sprinkle of nutmeg over ice cream. Thanks 'Suzz' |
