Default drop in winter season

I would like to start an ice cream business, but I'm a bit concerned about business drop during the winter season. Any considerations on this matter would be very helpful.

Yes its true that your business may drastically decrease during the winters..
So i think its better to have an alternative business during this season at the same workshop....

Another great idea would be to manufacture milk products along with the ice creams.. Since the milk products have demand through the year it would be a good business along with the ice creams one....
