Default ice cream inclusions
When I add some inclusions to my ice cream such as fruit, nut, candy, cookie or cake bits etc., how shouls I define the optimum level of these inclusions?

The optimum level is determined by what you are trying to achieve in the finished ice cream.

You can try various proportions till you find the best for you.
