How many scoops are there in a 3 Gallon container?

The density of an Ice Cream to 5?F is about 5.93 lb/gal. \r\nThen in 3 gal you have 17.79 lb = 284.64 oz. \r\nIf you divide this result for your scoop (5 oz) you obtain 57 scoops total.
