Default how many machines?

How many machines would I need for a small coffee shop?

I think it's better to find a local distributor of espresso hardware, able to give you advice on equipment you will need for a small coffee shop. They will also repair the equipmnet for you, so it's better to find a company as close to your location as possible.

Technical service is extremely important. Nothing can be worse than a broken espresso machine in a coffeeshop and people waiting for their coffee - money lost.

You will need at least two machines. But you should also calculate how many people you are going to have daily.
