Lever machines are espresso machines that need the action of a lever to make coffee...with automatic ones you have just to press a button, with a lever machine you had to be very carefully pushing the lever to balance the pressure of water.....na dto finally obtain a great espresso

So, I think automatic machine is much better. Lever machine is not a good choice for those who like to make coffee easily and without any efforts.

Lever machines are the best for people who want full control over the extraction of their espresso... I personally love them! espeacially the laPavoni SPH...\r\n\r\n(Edited by Forum Administrator)
