Hello Paul! You are welcome to ask questions not only about the products you purchased in our store \r\n\r\nWell, I am not sure exactly what is wrong with your machine. It would be nice if you gave more details. \r\n\r\nAnyway try to do the following:\r\nPrime the unit. With the filter holder off, open the steam control knob and press the pump button. This will give you a stream of water out of the steam knob. Then you can close the steam knob, and the water will come out of the brew head.\r\nIf the coffee does not come out of the filter, then you need to take the filter apart (brown knob on bottom) and clean it out.\r\n\r\nLet me know if it worked and if you need any further help
