Default tamper guide

Please, help me with tamper sizing. What is the correct size of a tamper?\r\nWhat size should I get for Rancillio and Saeco machines?

This question has already been discussed here. A tamper should be slightly smaller than the inside diameter of espresso machine filter basket.
