Default pressurized portafilter
I want an espresso machine able to produce crema. Does it necessarily mean it should have a pressurized portafilter? Does Gaggia machine have one?

The Gaggia does not have a pressurized portafilter, as far as I know...

You can use the "crema-enhancer" disc that usually comes with the machine.
