Default Rust and poor service with Cuisinart CBK-200WS bread maker

It does a pretty good job with my bread recipes, even my heaviest whole grain doughs, but the part holding the paddle's post to the bread pan rusted out at the one-year mark. That pan is no longer usable.

Their Customer Service was poor. I listened on my speaker phone to their message about how much they value their customers for at least 30 minutes on 3 separate occasions. No one ever picked up. I did get an email response - a day or so later - and the third person replaced the pan, but the first two were not so helpful and told me to send it in. That would mean I couldn't use the machine, so I protested until they replaced it.

I'm disappointed in what Cuisinart has become. They used to have both more reliable products and better customer service. I'm not so sure I want to buy more of their products. Just thought I should let people know.
