I love the idea of the forum, and it has some solid expertise in coffee behind it (I also like the idea of the other chat area since espresso, cappucino, and coffee lovers also often have other similar interests. Perhaps the writer is right re: using a different name, esp so search engines could locate site. It will also help as more people find the site (like via the email notices) - perhaps a contest to name the forum site could be fun & useful :P
