Cafe au Lait \r\nThe French version of latte. It is a big milky cup of coffee that is dead easy to whip up. Cafe au lait is made with double strong drip coffee not espresso like the latte. \r\n\r\nCaffe Latte\r\nAlthough very similar to the cafe au lait the latte uses espresso.

Some info about Caffe Latte\r\n\r\nReferred to by the French as Cafe au Lait and the Spanish as Cafe con Leche. A double-shot of 3 ounces of espresso and 5 ounces of steamed milk. Usually little or no foam is added to the top.
