I think this topic will be useful for all people. Sometimes we drink coffee and even don't know how it is made or what the ingredients are. It might be very interesting and useful to know what the main types of coffee are, don't you think so? \r\n\r\nOK, let's begin:\r\n\r\nEspresso \r\nI think this is the most famous coffee and many people like it. So everybody knows it: it's about a one-ounce shot of espresso made from Arabica beans. NOT from Robusta beans. Robusta are used to make regular coffee.\r\n\r\nCaf? Au Lait \r\nIt's French style. Coffee and boiled milk poured simultaneously into a cup. \r\n\r\nLatte \r\nIt is an espresso made with steamed milk, topped by foamed milk.\r\n\r\nCaff? Amaretto \r\nIt's simply Latte with almond syrup. \r\n\r\nMocha \r\nA Latte with chocolate or steamed chocolate milk. Also it may be topped with whipped cream and cocoa powder. \r\n\r\nSoy Latte \r\nA latte with soy milk, instead of caw milk. \r\n\r\nThese are the kind I like most of all. \r\nCan anyone continue this list?

Espresso con Panna\r\nA single or double espresso shot topped with whipped cream.\r\n\r\nEspresso Macchiato\r\nA single shot of espresso topped with 1-2 tablespoons of frothed milk.\r\n\r\nEspresso Romano\r\nA single shot of espresso topped with fresh lemon peel. This is not a traditional Italian recipe, but often served in the US.

I like Cappuccino!\r\n\r\nTypically 1/3 part espresso to 2/3 part frothed milk in a 5 ounce cappuccino cup, then top the Cappuccino with foam from the frothed milk. \r\n\r\nYou may garnish it with a light sprinkle of ground chocolate, cocoa powder, cinnamon, nutmeg or vanilla powder.\r\n\r\nEnjoy!

What about strong hot Irish coffee?\r\n(found this recipe not so long ago, tried it, very strong indeed)\r\n\r\n1 Shot Irish Whiskey\r\n1 Teaspoon raw sugar\r\n1 heaping spoonful whipped cream\r\n\r\nPre-warm a stemmed glass. Pour in the whiskey. Add sugar and coffee. Float the whipped cream on top. Don't stir! Sip your drink through the whipped cream.

Spicy Viennese Espresso\r\nMix a double-shot of espresso, 1/2 t cinnamon, 4 ground cloves and 1/2 t allspice. Top with whipped cream.\r\n\r\nCaffe Americanno\r\nEspresso diluted with hot water to drip coffee strength.

I like double espresso. Some people call it Espresso Dopio.\r\nDouble the quantity of espresso to about 3 ounces for double the pleasure. Typically served in a cappuccino cup.
