Default Soy coffee

It's an advice for those who believe drinking coffee is not so good for their health. Just replace your coffee with soy coffee or use soy milk instead of cow milk. \r\n\r\nSoy food and drinks make a good diet, because soy is a natural source of iron, the B12 vitamin and potassium. Soy diet helps your body to clear itself from toxins. Even 25 grams of soy every day are enough to improve your health. So why do we drink that dangerous caffeine beverage?

Don't you think it's just strange? Coffee is coffee! And how will you steam or froth your soy milk, I wonder? Is it possible at all?

Soy milk can be steamed and frothed easily \r\nJust fill the frothing pitcher with soy milk and proceed it as usual. Remember only that soy milk should not be re-steamed. Just drink it before it becomes too cold.

Default coffee beverage with soy

That's great! Though I would not drink soy coffee or milk too often. I am not prejudiced against it, I simply like coffee with all its harmful caffeine  \r\n\r\nBut I know a recipe of coffee beverage with soy!\r\n1. Take the following ingredients: espresso, cinnamon syrup, 10oz soy milk\r\n2. Froth half of the soy milk then steam the rest to approximately 160?.\r\n3. Combine ? ounce of cinnamon syrup and steamed milk in cappuccino cup then spoon on froth.\r\n4. Pull a double shot of espresso.\r\n5. Pour shots through middle of froth and enjoy!

Well, soy coffee is not that bad... But I hate soy milk! I tried it with coffee and in most cases the soy milk seemed to curdle and the solids separate from the water. It was terrible and disgustingly.
