Do you know that scientists assume that caffeine sometimes is the cause of human aggression, paranoia and many health problems  ? We speak so much about coffee and coffee beverages but never about its unhealthy effect. What's your opinion on this topic?

I don't care! The only time caffeine affected me was when I had some family problems and had to stay awake all night long. I drank too much coffee that night and it made me a bit shaky. But I'm not sure if it was caffeine or I was simply tired.

I used to drink a lot of coffee a year ago, about 10-15 cups a day. I think it's pretty much, and I became somewhat aggressive by the end of the day. I found a great caffeine free beverage that helped me get off coffee. It's made from soybeans and taste absolutely like coffee.

Turning back to caffeine problems? As coffee is a kind of stimulant it may cause some effects to increase the body's actions, I think. Some people say caffeine is a kind of drug? As for me, I try to stay away from hot drinks when I feel being aggressive.

I drink 5 or 6 cups of coffee a day and I never have any problems with sleeping. If I go 2 hours without coffee I get a headache. I don't know what is the problem with the caffeine health. Actually I think it depends on our health as a whole, not on caffeine itself.

I found a site? It seems to me, there are a lot of ways to get caffeine, not only that soy coffee: http://www.wiredcandy.com/caffeine/candy/
