I am trying to choose a grinder for home use, and I am a little confused with the choice. I thought a grinder should be high speed to grind properly, but as a read various opinions and descriptions, many people say low speed griners are better. Is that true?

What machine do you have? If you have Gaggia model, then Gaggia's MM grinder would be a perfect choice, because this it combines with all Gaggia coffee machines.\r\n\r\nAnothe very good grinder is La Pavoni Matching Burr Grinder, which can operate two ways. For daily serving it grinds directly into your coffee or for larger amounts of coffee grinds directly into the removable hopper.
