Default Gaggia MDF grinder

I have Gaggia Baby espresso machine and I am going to buy matching Gaggia MDF grinder. I'd like to know somebody?s opinions on this grinder. What are the best settings for espresso etc.

I own this grinder. It's fairly functional and I am pleased with it from the very first day. \r\n\r\nFor espresso beans the best settings seem to be 6 and 7, grinding takes usually about 35 seconds.

I have had this grinder for six months. It is a bit noisy and slow. I guess, grinding of 80g of green beans usually takes about three minutes. I use between a grind of 2 and 4 depending on the beans for my Gaggia Classic.

\r\n\r\nYes, it could be a bit quieter. Though it does the job. Doser is no use to me.
