The old one I have is noisy, and difficult to clean.
Are the hand crank ones better. Easier to get a really fine grind. Of course I don't want to spend too much.. Rolling Eyes Maybe $25 ...too cheap? Thanks Momsfood |

Well, you can get a good one for about 30 bucks. The KitchenAid Blade coffee grinder is on sale at Amazon for 30 bucks and I have heard many good things about this coffee grinder. If you want to spend a little more for a great coffee grinder, try the Capresso 560.01...they run between 90-110 bucks - pretty steep for just a coffee grinder. I think the KitchenAid will do just fine though, for regular home use.

I have a Black and Decker that I purchased about 12 years ago for 15 dollars that still works fine for me. You can get a Black and Decker for about 25 dollars. A friend of mine has a Hamilton Beach grinder. I'm not sure what model it is, but it looks pretty nifty and grinds coffee well also. He got it for around 30 dollars. How often do you expect to need to grind coffee?
