I recently bought a new grinder nad have some problems with its blade. Sometimes it is not turning freely, or I can hear a "binding" sound. What's the problem in?

Try to check the following:-\r\n\r\n1. Make sure that the small pulley wheel is fitted the correct way up and the deep shoulder fits down onto the spindle and bearings.\r\n\r\n2. Check that the blade was not seated down properly on top of the small pulley wheel.
