My grinder is too old to make a good grind and it is not able to change coaresness anymore. It looks like I need a new grinder, but I am short of money now. So I need a cheap grinder, but the best quality I can afford. Can you hepl, please?

Anything less than $70-100 will not be a true grinder. You can try Capresso Infinity for $99.

Bodum Antigua for around $70 is also good as far as I know from my friend, but it's noisy and akes statics.

Zassenhaus makes top notch quality grinders, but they are manual.

I do not like manual grinders - they require too much time to make grind.

Why don't you choose a hand grinder?
