I often have cold or flu in autumn, winter and early spring. How could I boost my health and immune system? \r\n\r\nDoes coffee influence on our immunity?

Try to taking supplements. As was mentioned before, Vitamin C is a good immunity booster. Try looking for a good, soluble multivitamin. Also, eat foods rich in antioxidants (fruits, vegetables, and green and black tea) and probiotics. Good sources of probiotics are yogurt and kefir.

I do not think that a hoy coffee can boost up your immune system... Instead larger amount if caffine may only have a bad effect on your body... So take some medicines Instead... But coffee can be taken for a short term freshness

Have you tried Airborne? It claims to boost your immunity and the box says to take it at the first sign of having a cold. It is an herbal formula, but I'm not sure what is in it. If it does work, it would be a great thing to have around the house in case of emergencies.

A healthy diet, regular physical exercise, and a good night's sleep every night should do the trick. If you want an extra boost, take a good formulated multivitamin. As was mentioned before, kefir is a good culture for probiotics. It contributes greatly to your digestive health. Good digestive health affects your whole body. I personally used to culture my own milk kefir and make my own drinks. I took it every day and it has proven very beneficial to me. It is very easy to culture at home and is inexpensive. It is cheaper to culture your own than to buy the ready-drink at a health-food store.
