Default coffee and insomnia
When I have insomnia I usually take a cup of very strong coffee and I can fall asleep very quickly. Is it normal?

I think it is not, because coffee is normally used to stay awake for a long time.

Even if I had a cup of coffee in the evening I can sleep well.
