What can i do to rise oin the ranks of coffee making, i am just a coffee maker in a cafe at the moment, what am i to do to get higher.

I have been trained on how to make coffees and have been told I am a Barrista. so i was just wanting to know how i could improve. It's usually better to be trained by professional barista at your working place.
