Default cigarette and coffee

My brother is usually having a cigarette with his cup of coffee. I am trying to make him to quit smoking, but without any result. If I could just tell him what health problems he is going to have in some years, I believe he would quit. Any advice here, please?

Unfortanately you will not be able to help him till he really decides to quit... Some quitters just start drinking more coffee as the replacement for nictine.

Coffee and sigarette is a kind of social thing to do with my friends sometimes, but I smoke rarely.

Cigarettes, alcohol, caffeine and drugs may cause serious health problems and it's a common knowledge. Yet many people take them and don't wish to quit...

Upto a certain level it is okay... But above this level users may have long term effects such as, they may suffer from chronic insomnia, persistent anxiety and depression, and stomach ulcers.

Caffeine along with cigrtate use appears to be associated with irregular heartbeat and may raise cholesterol levels, but there is no firm evidence that this causes heart disease.... The effects depend on the personality of the user and on the immediate environment
