That's very interesting! Which coffees are the best in you own opinion? I need dark roasted coffee to make as strong espresso as possible.

My personal favorite coffee for a DARK espresso would be the Arco Etrusco Blend from Caffe Umbria. Also, the Mukilteo Organic by Mukilteo Coffee is exeptional for espresso. Hope that helps!
