Our coffee is shade-grown, hand-picked, and eventually hand-select processed. It's 100% Honduran, grown at 4600 ft. Joe, \r\n\r\nOur Honduran coffee is from our very own finca is Honduras, Finca Isis Estate. Finca Isis Estate Coffee is grown at 4600 ft. in the western region of Honduras near the Celaque mountain range. Our finca's coffee is hand-picked, shade-grown, 100% arabica coffee that is processed and bagged in our own beneficio in Santa Rosa de Copan. It recieves the certification of SHG and later EP for its european preparation. It is 100% Honduran SHG coffee and estate grown.
