Default Banana Bread

1 3/4 cups four\r\n1 1/4 tsp baking powder\r\n1/2 tsp baking soda\r\n3/4 tsp salt\r\n1/3 cup margarine\r\n2/3 cup sugar\r\n2 eggs\r\n1 cup mashed banana (the older ones have better flavour )\r\n\r\nMix margarine and sugar in one bowl and mix the rest of the dry ingredients in another bowl. Add the eggs and mix everything together as little as possible. Pour into a bread pan and bake in the oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Looks good and has nuts! :lol: ... and finally a use for those old bananas... The fruit flies will curse the day I start making this bread! :lol:\r\n\r\n\r\nCrash
