Default Pumpernickel

1 1/4 cups low fat milk\r\n2 tablespoons unsalted butter\r\n1 tablespoon honey\r\n1 tablespoon molasses\r\n1 1/2 teaspoons salt\r\n3/4 cup whole wheat flour\r\n1 3/4 cups bread flour\r\n1/2 cup rye flour\r\n2 teaspoons cocoa\r\n1 teaspoon instant coffee granules\r\n1 1/4 teaspoons dry active yeast\r\n\r\nPut all of the ingredients in order in the bread pan and select Whole Wheat or Whole Grain setting. Select crust color and then start.

Thanks for the recipe post. I tried it a few days ago and it was good.... Nice, heavy and dark, just the way I like it!... Toast it up with some nice meat or jam on it.......Delicious!
