Default Rustic Italian Loaf

I have made this bread several times and I have found that the smallest loaf (1 lb) is the best as I always get a really good rise out of it. I tried the 2 pound loaf once and it just got squished on the lid of the bread maker and the 1 1/2 pound recipe was also pushing it in terms of how high it rose. The bread is great with pasta, chilli and Beef Stew. Just dip and enjoy! \r\n\r\nSo here is the 1 pound recipe:\r\n\r\n3/4 cup of water\r\n1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil\r\n1 tsp sea salt\r\n1/2 tsp sugar\r\n2 cups bread flour\r\n1/4 cup wheat bran (unprocessed coarse)\r\n1 1/4 tsp active dry yeast\r\nsesame seeds (optional)\r\n\r\nPlace all of the ingredients in order in the bread pan except for the sesame seeds. Select White bread or if you have it French/Italian cycle.\r\n\r\nThe sesame seeds are for just after the last kneed. You can sprinkle them onto of the loaf to give it an authentic look.

Hey, I tried this loaf and it was amazing! You wouldn't have a recipe for a larger size loaf would you? If you have the recipe for the 2 pounder, that would be great!\r\n\r\nThanks!\r\n\r\nJer.
