Default Blue Cheese & Olive Bread

This posting is for a 2 pound loaf:\r\n\r\n2/3 cup of water\r\n3 tablespoons dry white wine\r\n1 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter\r\n1 egg at room temperature\r\n1 1/4 teaspoons salt\r\n1 tablespoon honey\r\n3 3/4 cups bread flour\r\n2 tablespoons non-fat dry milk\r\n2 teaspoons active dry yeast\r\n\r\nMix ins:\r\n\r\n3/4 cup blue cheese\r\n3/4 green or black olives, well drained, patted dry and pitted.\r\n\r\nPut all ingredients in the bread pan in order and select "white bread" setting. When the mix in sound goes off, put the blue cheese and olives in.
