Default Campobello Bread (banana bread) Puerto Rico

Found this recipe I think it is interesting made with bananas Campobello Bread (Pan Campobello) Puerto Rico INGREDIENTS: 2 large bananas 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted 2 tablespoons honey 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup yellow cornmeal 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup fresh, canned, or frozen corn kernels butter to grease pan Preheat the oven to 350 F. Puree the bananas in a blender or food processor. Add the butter and honey and process again. In a large bowl, sift together all of the dry ingredients. Stir in the banana puree. Pour into a greased 8-inch baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Thanks, $pic3[/b]
