Default Cinnamon Roll Raisin Bread

This bread is awesome! But you can only make it if your bread machine has a pause button you press when you take the paddle out before the final rise and bake.\r\n\r\nFor a 2 pound loaf you will need 1/2 cup of sugar and 3/4 tablespoon of Cinnamon. For a 1 1/2 or 1 pound loaf you will need 1/4 cup of sugar and 1/2 tablespoon of Cinnamon. Put the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and mix. Then put aside for later.\r\n\r\nMake your Cinnamon Raisin bread like you would normaly make it. When the machine beeps to take the paddle out, take the paddle out and put the ball of dough on a large lightly floured surface. Roll the ball out flat until it is about 1/4 of an inch thick. Sprinkle and spread the cinnamon/sugar mixture over the dough. Roll the dough up into a loaf and make sure the ends are closed. Put the dough back into the bread machine and press start.\r\n\r\nWhen you are done there will be a cinnamon swirl in the slices when you cut them off of the loaf. The best thing is that when you toast them, the sugar cinnamon mixture melts and gets all sticky when you eat it.

This sounds like a good twist on a family favorite. I'll have to see if I can find a rolling pin first  , then I will give it a go.
