This recipe below is for a 2 lb loaf.\r\n\r\n1 1/2 cups buttermilk @ 80-90 degrees F.\r\n2 tablespoons unsalted butter at room temperature\r\n1 1/2 teaspoons salt\r\n2 tablespoons maple syrup (not pancake syrup)\r\n4 cups bread flour\r\n1 cup old fashioned oats\r\n2 1/4 teaspoons yeast, active dry, instant or bread machine.\r\n\r\nPut all of the ingredients in order in the bread pan and select white bread cycle. Select loaf size and crust color.
