I have a couple of recipes for yeast free breads in my bread maker manual. I saw a new poster to the board was looking for some so I thought I would post this and hopefully it helps.

\r\n\r\nThis is for a 1 1/2 pound loaf:\r\n\r\n4 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil\r\n2 large eggs at room temperature\r\n1/2 cup granulated sugar\r\n1/4 cup brown sugar, packed\r\n1/4 cup crushed pineapple with juices from the can\r\n1 1/4 cups all purpose flour\r\n1 tsp baking powder\r\n1/4 tsp baking soda\r\n1/4 tsp salt\r\n1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder\r\n3/4 tsp cinnamon\r\n1 cup freshly grated carrots\r\n1/3 cup chopped pecans or walnuts\r\n1/2 tsp vanilla extract\r\n\r\nPut all ingredients in order in the baking pan and select quick bread/cake setting. Chose crust color and loaf size.
