This is to make a 1 1/2 pound loaf.\r\n\r\n3/4 cup low fat milk\r\n1/3 cup unsalted butter at room temperature\r\n2 eggs at room temperature\r\n2 tsp Lemon zest\r\n3/4 tsp salt\r\n1/4 cup granulated sugar\r\n3 cups + 2 tbsp bread flour\r\n1 tsp ground cinnamon\r\n1/2 tsp ground nutmeg\r\n2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast\r\n1/2 cup raisins\r\n1/2 cup slivered almonds\r\n\r\nPut everything in order in the bread pan except the raisins and the almonds. Put bread pan in machine and select Sweet Breads cycle and crust colour. Press start and put the raisins and almonds in when the add ingredient signal goes off.

Cool recipe. I love having that kind of loaf around the holidays. It is also great to have when company comes over. I'll have to try making it soon to see how it turns out.
