Cinnamon Buns
This is one of our favorites!! My aunt gave me this recipe and we love it.\r\n\r\n1 cup water\r\n2 teaspoon skim milk powder\r\n1 egg, beaten\r\n2 tbsp butter\r\n3 teaspoon sugar\r\n1 1/4 teaspoon salt\r\n3 1/2 cup white flour\r\n1 teaspoon yeast\r\n\r\nProcess dough, use 1/3 for a mini white loaf of bread. For Cinnamon buns, I roll rest of dough to about 1/2 inch, spread a thick layer of butter, and brown sugar over it, raisins/pecans optional. Sprinkle a good layer of cinnamon on top. Roll and slice into small Cinnamon buns. Place in a pan with more butter and sugar on bottom. Let it rise 45 minutes. Bake at 350F with bread for 20 minutes.
