I made a loaf of Banana Bread in my Regal Bread Machine last week, but the timing was way off. This recipe was in the book that came with the bread maker and was preset for 50 minutes. The loaf was still very raw in the middle. So I set the machine for an extra 30 minutes and just watched it after that. In my opinion, the extra 30 minutes was alittle too long. Bread turned out just okay, not great, maybe a little dryer then I was use too. What would have been a better time for the Banana Bread? Any suggestions?
